Was named SLC pitcher of the week for recording three victories in conference play with one over Southeastern La. and the other two over Central Arkansas... If she had not walked a Sugar Bear in her first game against Central Arkansas, she would have thrown a perfect game... Recorded two eight strikeout games with the first coming against Southern on February 17, 2007 and against McNeese State on May 10, 2007 in the Southland Conference Tournament.

As a Redshirt Sophomore (2006): Started 20 games for the Colonels on the mound while going the distance in 10 of them... Had the most strikeouts on the team with 96... Was second on the team with a 3.85 ERA...Threw two complete game shutouts: first one was a six strikeout no-hitter at Grambling State (04/05/06), and second came at Northwestern State (05/05/06) where she fanned seven in the one hitter ...Pitched 112.1 innings, the most innings on the team... finished with a 7-8 record... opponents batted .235 against her.

At West Monroe High School: Went 26-7 on the mound as a senior...Her team won a district championship and advanced to the second round of the playoffs...Prior to attending West Monroe she went to Central High School where Ensminger was a member of another district championship squad.
