THIBODAUX, La. - Nicholls head women's golf coach James Schilling announced on Wednesday that Dutchtown High School standout Morgan Robin has signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the Lady Colonels beginning next fall.

Robin, a native of Prairieville, La., is a three-time Division II All-State performer for the Griffins, as well as the All-Regional Most Outstanding Player last season.

"It is wonderful for Nicholls to be able to sign an in-state student-athlete of Morgan's ability," said Schilling. "I always focus my recruiting on in-state prospects first and I feel that she will make an immediate impact on our women's golf program."
